SERVICE OPTIONS:
- Pick-up your Food
- Cold Delivery-Drop Off
- Warm Delivery-Drop Off
- Delivery and Set-up
- Full Service Buffet
- Full Service Sit-Down Dinner
PAYMENT & ORDERING
- $300 or valid credit card may be used as deposit for any event
- Final payment & guest counts must be received one week before event
- Guest counts may only be increased within one week of event
- If desiring individual items please speak with a representative for pricing.
All items are subject to market sensitivity.
SERVICE (events 30-300, buffet)
- Wait staff professionals are $22.50 hourly for a minimum of 6 hours
- Set-up and delivery is available for simpler menus with disposables
- Delivery ranges from $15 to $60 depending on distance
OTHER OPTIONS
- Upscale disposable plates (white, black, clear) add $75 per 50 guests
- Plastic covers for guest tables available for $3.95 each
- Flatware & white dinner plate add $3.50 per guest
- Coffee service $75 per 75 guests
LIQUOR POLICY
Liquor service/set-up available. This service is highly advised where a bar is present and includes soft drinks, mixers, fruit garnish, ice, coolers, cups, napkins, etc. This service is $3.25 per guest additional. Trained bartenders are available.
